The vegetarian Ayurvedic dishes are composed in collaboration with the Ayurvedic doctors (fish as recommended). Emphasis is placed on a balanced and healthy diet with ingredients mainly from organic farming.

Due to the proximity to numerous sights and national parks, there are various opportunities to explore the surrounding area and be enchanted by the charm and hospitality of Sri Lanka.

Visit the Sigiriya Monolith (approx. 74 km) or the Wilpattu National Park (approx. 40 km) and experience the unique flora and fauna up close. Excursions to Polonnaruwa and Dambulla, which together with Anuradhapura form the cultural triangle (for a fee), will bring you closer to the culture of Sri Lanka. Also in the near vicinity are interesting excursion opportunities such as the "Weda Gama" herb garden ( approx. 18 km).

Two experienced Ayurvedic doctors with many years of experience manage the Ayurveda center with approx. 25 Ayurvedic therapists. The 12 treatment rooms exude a friendly atmosphere during treatments. The treatments are individually tailored to each guest after an initial examination with the doctor in order to effectively treat illnesses. Treatments include head, face, body and foot massages, oil treatments and warming herbal baths, but yoga and meditation are also included. The Ayurveda retreats have different focuses including heart disease, dermatological and neurological conditions. The center focuses on sustainability and avoids the use of plastic in the treatments wherever possible. Yoga and meditation sessions are held daily to accompany the treatments.
